Marc Achterkirch (OHS Math), Scott Noet (OJHS Social Studies), Kristina Rohman (OHS Language Arts), Lori Peglow (OHS SPED), Wendy Stephani (OHS SPED) are this year's candidates for Owatonna Teacher of the Year. The new TOY will be announced at the annual banquet on May 14th at The Monterey Ballroom.
